We offer traditional cleaning services such as move-in/move-out cleans, deep cleans, regular/maintenance cleans, maid services, and targeted/partial cleans for homes, offices, salons, and other similar businesses. Home/Residential
Breathe easy and let us reset your home to a new level of freshness! Eco-friendly products offered can render your home free of germs and dust bunnies, as well as free of harmful chemical residues, keeping your home safe for family members and pets.
The three levels of service we typically provided:
- Our Signature Clean (often referred to as a Deep Clean)
- Our Classic Clean (Maintenance Clean)
- Our Deluxe Clean (Move-in/Move-out or full reset clean)
At the following frequencies
- One time
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly (every other week)
- Monthly (every 4 weeks)
Reach out through the “Ask for a Quote” button in the tool bar and receive an email or a phone call providing you with a price “range”. Then schedule a walkthrough so that we can narrow down the quote and customize the package that will work best for your budget and needs.
How we quote: Quotes are based on a combination of factors, including (but not limited to) square footage of the area to be cleaned, the types of rooms, the level of dirt build-up, the amount of clutter to be moved by the cleaner(s), the number of occupants living in the home, and the number and type of furry pets. All of these factors affect the equipment needed and the length of time it will take to complete the cleaning.
Why a walk-through?
- A walk through gives us an opportunity to have a face to face conversation! It gives customers an opportunity to discuss needs and expectations so that we can both better decide if we are a good fit as a client and cleaner.
- A walk-through provides a better understanding of the scope of the cleaning needs better insuring an accurate quote the first time!
- There will be opportunity to discuss chemical sensitivities and special needs and requests.
- With customer permission, small areas may be tested with a non-toxic, fragrance-free, ph neutral cleaner to gain a better understanding of tools necessary to complete difficult tasks to the customer’s satisfaction.
Office/Commercial

You will receive an email or a phone call providing you with a price “range”. We will then schedule a walkthrough so that we can narrow down your quote and customize the package that will work best for your business’s budget and needs.
How we quote: Quotes are based on a combination of factors, including (but not limited to) square footage of the area to be cleaned, the types of rooms, the level of dirt build-up, the amount of clutter to be moved by the cleaner(s), whether or not we will be purchasing consumables (such as paper products, soap, or trash bags) for the business, the amount of foot traffic expected, and environmental factors such as bio-hazards and type of debris left by customers or employees. All of these factors affect the equipment needed and the length of time it will take to complete the cleaning.
For reason similar to those listed for residential cleanings, we recommend a walk through for the most accurate price quote.
Extra Services
Maid Services
Some tasks need to be kept up on every day or they pile up. Once completed, everything runs smoother and we can breathe easier! This is why we offer maid services such as dishes, laundry, and general straightening. Maid services can be included as an add-on line item in your quote for cleaning services. Please discuss the typical work load during your initial consultation and during walk-through.
Decluttering/Organizing
Our professionals can help you sort through and make decisions about clutter. We can offer to put together a plan for gaining better control.
Windows
Touching up inside glass with a window cloth is included in our regular cleaning packages. However, sometimes a deeper, more detailed clean is needed. We can offer a professional-grade cleaning of the inside glass (sometimes outside when the windows fold inward or are reachable at ground level) as well as clean dirt and debris from the interior and exterior sills.
A walk-through is required before booking these services to be certain we are the right fit for what is required.
These extra services may be included with your cleaning services, or quoted as a separate package.
